Natural Whey Protein Concentrate Chocolate - 1 kg (Naturally flavored, Non GMO, No Artificial Sweeteners)

First, I didn’t realise that this isn’t isolate. I should’ve picked up on that. Concentrate has higher lactose and that just doesn’t work for my body. So maybe the product is fine but not for me. The flavour is nice. The consistency too, due to the additional lactose and fat, I guess.

Not Worth the Gut Troubles and Clumps I recently tried this whey protein, hoping to boost my post-workout recovery, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. The two major issues I encountered were significant digestive upset and incredibly poor mixability. From the first serving, I experienced noticeable lose motions. This was quite uncomfortable and definitely counterproductive to my fitness goals. It made me hesitant to continue using the product consistently, which defeats the purpose of having a protein supplement in the first place. Beyond the digestive issues, the mixability was unbelievably bad. Despite vigorous shaking in a shaker bottle with both water and milk, the powder consistently formed stubborn clumps that refused to dissolve. This resulted in a gritty and unpleasant texture that made it difficult to even finish a serving. No one wants to drink lumpy protein! While I can't comment on the effectiveness of the protein itself due to these significant drawbacks, the negative impact on my digestion and the frustrating mixing experience make it impossible for me to recommend this product. There are definitely better whey protein options available that are both easier on the stomach and smoother to drink. I'd strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value your digestive comfort and a hassle-free protein shake.
