I found a way to use a chair to hold the extended chain, w/o someone's help. We'll see how it lubes over time, but so far so good.

Works well on chain of rowing machine

I try to erg about 5,000m a day on my Concept 2 and it's getting pretty old. The chain was rusty and was making some pretty awful noises. I bought this chain oil and now it runs like new! The chain is the most important part of the machine so make sure you take good care of it. Another great product from this company!

I am a keen rower and use my ergo frequently. After heavy use I found that my chain would take on a lot of grease and oil. This made rowing more uncomfortable, unsanitary and decreased the condition of my erg. 2k Fit chain oil has really helped to maintain my erg at top condition and allows for smooth erging.Great Product!

This stuff is excellent – I had an old Concept2 rower in my garage that I barely used and the chain had become dirty/rusty. After oiling the chain and spinning the fan a few times it felt like a brand new machine. Would probably work well for other similar chains/wheels/joints as well so an all around good thing to have on hand!

The chain on my rowing machine was stiff so I bought this chain oil. After one application it runs smooth and feels brand new! I would highly recommend this as a way to get some added smoothness and efficiency from an older rowing machine.
