I was taking Irish Sea Moss supplements before and for whatever reason, I stopped ordering them. I started up again when I was ordering another supplement from this company to help reduce Cortisol (helps with hip pain and sleeping better at night). Just one word of advice - take this supplement with food and don't take it at night. I woke up with mild heartburn. I re-read the label and sure enough, it recommends taking with food. Duh... next time I will read a bit more! This supplement does help with a boost in energy and my mood is lighter. It takes a couple of weeks to notice, but then it's like... "Oh wow, this is a nice change!"

Thanks to this Sea Moss I can walk around without pain and it has also helped with my Lupus my eyes are brighter and I sleep well without taking any sleeping pills this is a game changer for my health I feel so much better.

I’ve been taking this product for over 6 months and I’m not sure if anything has changed lol there’s no negative side affects but I don’t feel any different. I’m gonna stop taking it just to see if maybe I didn’t notice but as of now, it hasn’t done anything for me.
