I see from the pack that this is for adult cat. I have a half-year kitten. Not sure if it contains enough nutrition for kitten?

At six months of age, a kitten is considered to be old enough and fully formed enough to be spayed/neutered. It would depend upon the maturity of your kitten, but to be safe in your knowledge I would contact the manufacturers of Core, rather than depend upon the advice of another customer. I supplement my cat's feed with a good quality dry food also. It is an excellent food choice in my opinion.
