Great low impact workout at home! I used this after having my second child (c-section) and it was a great intro back into working out and was gentle but effective on my core.

After watching many commercials and ads, I finally purchased one of these Pilate boards and I'm so glad that I did! It is lightweight and easy to store. There are so many functions of this device that make working out fun and easy. I use it almost every day and I've noticed a difference in my strength and it's just fun to use.

It works, but it’s very cheaply made so I don’t expect it to last. It’s is compact, which is nice for my small home. My stomach muscles are feeling it, so it must work. I have seen others now similar that I probably would have bought over this one, but for my purposes this will work fine. If I was a bigger person or a man, I feel this wouldn’t hold up very long though.

I absolutely love this thing. I am a full time student and work 32 hours a week so I am drained having to think about going to the gym but having this makes it more convent to get my workouts in, mind you it’s a Pilates board so it is paying off very well

LOVE!!! these are very popular right now. It is very compact which is great for storage! Lots of different exercises you can do with this. I do wish I would have know that the resistance is used with large rubber bands which makes me feel like it may not last long and the bands snap after a short period of use. I still think the price point it great. Obviously it is not a real pilates reformer machine but I don't $800 to drop on a real one so this comes in handy.

I rarely write reviews, but this Pilates reformer board deserves five stars. For someone who is a novice to working out, this board has made exercising very doable. Note that this one also has detachable handles and resistance bands so you can do a variety of exercises. I've been using the board every other day for almost three weeks, and I'm already seeing results!

Love this fold and go reformer! Found videos on YouTube to start working out. Slides easily, will catch at the fold but keep it above or below the fold depending on the activity helps. The rubber pads on the bottom didn't stay on, had to glue them back on but haven’t had any issues with them since. Love getting my workout in daily without having to leave the house. Great buy.
