Ticks [Region Free]

If you like things like 8 Legged Freaks and Infestation (2009) you should enjoy this. It's got the correct tongue in cheek tone and plenty of gore which is what you expect and want from this type of thing. Growth chemicals used on a marijuana crop infect ticks making them grow to kind of rugby ball size and terrorise your typical group of trapped teens in a forest cabin. Not much more plot to speak of just loads of fast paced action and incident. Most of the effects are practical with just a couple of effective animation shots which I think are early CGI along with a litte stop motion but it works. The gore and practical effects are by KNB who any horror fan knows are one of the best in the business. The film features Seth Green as the main focus and in a memorable cameo Clint Howard (Ron's Brother) as a filthy bumpkin who comes to a grusome end. Just a throughly entertaining popcorn movie which does very well on a low budget.

good film great gore this is a funny film in scenes but im kinda of drawn to it there is something about this movie that i just like another bargin for me as i bought it used!!

An Excellent film well worth watching

An Old School Excellent Creature flick that works Brilliantly with a small budget.The acting is above average for this type of Film and the Creature effects really Good.

I just bought this movie. I always enjoyed watching this movie. Ticks is great movie. Came in 4k and blue ray can't beat this comble set. Hope they put more movies older like this. Nothing like big ticks to attack and suck your blood. Can you Imagin if ticks were this big, we all be in trouble least you would be able to see them. Just me throwing something out there. I really enjoy this movie. I would love to see ticks 2 if they had this movie from the egg that fall from the van in junkyard. I would recommend this movie Ticks to anyone that likes B movies. Great movie came on time thank you.

What can I say I love horror movies

Early 90's movie with a cool 80s feel. Only downside was it took 2 months to come in the mail for some reason. But I guess it was worth the wait.

This movie is a blast! Highly recommended if you're a fan of gory, over the top creature features.

This movie doesn't get enough appreciation. Fantastic cast!
