We use this often. Kids and adult. Not one single issue. Battery last and does charge quickly. On a flat surface park it has no issues taking me and my daughter around. Combined I would say about 270. Does not hesitate and battery still last. For it's size it is comfortable and u get used to it. Sturdy and strong. Has 2 modes, green and red. Green up to 14mph and red for boost and up to 19 mph. Does well w minor hills and grass. Does well w Florida heat. It's been about 3 months so far (03/31/2025) and it's fun or use it for work.

I got this for myself for Christmas, I am really happy with this purchase! It rides very smooth. As soon as you give a push, you can then accelerate and go faster! One think I really like the most is the battery is really really good. I keep it in our garage since I got it, it was below zero for many days, and the battery didn’t get drained at all!!! The break works very well. I feel very safe when I ride it. Very reliable product.

The media could not be loaded. I got this electric scooter from my wife for Christmas and I am so happy with it! Ever since I was a kid, I always wanted a motorized scooter or motorized bike and I never really had a chance to own one myself until now. This electric scooter is high-quality and is built with very sturdy materials and even has a headlight and taillight for safety. I took it out for a spin the other night when it was really cold outside and I was able to reach a top speed of 16 mph which is faster than when I first rode it when temperatures were a bit higher. It has a lower speed setting, but I had it set on the Sport mode in order to reach this speed. It is extremely fun to ride and it is very easy to store away after I’m done as the handlebar can be easily folded down and then carried like a suitcase. The wheels are smooth and goes over bumpy streets very easily. The scooter is also very quiet and doesn’t have the humming noise I’ve heard on other electric ride-ons.Overall, 5 out of 5 for how fun the scooter is and 5 out of 5 for the great value and entertainment it provides me. I’m going to keep this inside the family minivan for quick access to easy fun riding everywhere I go.Updated review:After discovering that I am unable to reach the 19 mph as described in the description I have determined my scooter is either defective and stuck at 16mph or the scooter isn’t being described honestly. I have decided to return this scooter and find one that can reach the advertised 19-20mph max speed. Otherwise this is a great 16mph scooter and the description should mention that it is a 16mph scooter.

My son loves the scooter, but 2 days after having it, the bell stopped working. Sounds like a small issue, but when your kid wanted that feature, its a bummer.Update: A product and company is only as good as its customer service! After Cybergoing read my original review, regarding the broken bell.... I received a message that they wanted to fix the situation. I was impressed and thankful, gave the information they requested. After SEVERAL attempts to find out where the replacement bell was and/or if it was sent, they STOPPED responding to me. I will never purchase or recommend this company again, a shame, because we need several more scooters. BUT there are several to choose from. So if you are looking.... look past Cybergoing!

Only cons listed:1. Has weak motor. Cannot climb steep slopes.2. Won't go over 13 mph. Regulations?3. Bell stopped ringing correctly after several uses.

I bought this electric scooter because finding parking near my office is always hard! I just drive to the office and find a parking near my office 3 miles away, and ride this scooter go to the office-take once 8mins, super convenient! I’d never ridden a scooter before, so I was a bit worried about it, but it was easy to get used to it. The assembling also simple. It foldable, easy to carry and has been a lifesaver! Really satisfied with this purchase.

Performance is smooth, fast enough for safety & my 15 year old loves it.
