This actually works! I have been wearing it for about an hour a day and there is a noticeable difference in my posture. When you have it on, every time you slouch, it pulls back on your shoulders as a reminder to stand up straight. It retrains your body into the habit of good posture. I highly recommend it.

I disliked this immensely! The Velcro wouldn’t stick and it kept coming apart as the Velcro wasn’t strong enough to pull my shoulders back. Far to big for me also, even at its smallest! Total waste of money,

I really like how light it is and how effective it is at countering the forward rotation that you get in your day to day slouching over the computer. Its a little rough around the arms however wearing an undershirt should help this out. This is my 2nd day wearing it but i think i feel a difference. Its getting 4 stars just on the sole effect of the lack of padding around the arm area does make it difficult to follow through the day wearing it.

Seems to be OK but would have been better with some instructions. You do get what you pay for.

I found this to tight to even get on without being double jointed, so I cant really speak to how effective it is

Great product. I have always suffered with bad posture but I've been wearing this for an hour a day while working at my desk and I can definitely see and feel the improvement. After I take it off, I naturally feel myself walking around with much better posture. It is also well made and comfortable to wear.

The most pointless bit of equipment ever. Do not waste your money.
