No puedo valorarlo satisfactoriamente. Un tres y muy justo si pudiera pondría 2,5. Lo mejor que tiene es el olor.Las instrucciones son las siguientes: esparcir en cantidad por toda la colchoneta (o por un paño), dejar un rato actuar, limpiar suavemente, y dejar otro rato secarse. Sinceramente creo que lo que limpia lo hace por el efecto más de pasar el paño que del producto. Tampoco es que sea excesivamente cómodo. Y cuando te tumbas en la colchoneta sudado haciendo ejercicio intenso (hiit) el pasar la bayeta suavemente suena a risa. Hago yoga, pero también hiit, y si para lo primero vaya que vaya, para lo segundo ni de lejos.Supongo que habrá productos peores, pero si este es de los mejores vamos apañados.

I bought this to freshen the mat for yoga and for a pleasant scent. I find the scent disappears very quickly. I spray my mat before the class, and I had hoped the lemon smell would be there during the workout, but it's gone fast. I will finish the bottle, as the mat does not smell unpleasant, but I would rather have that and a lovely lingering scent.
