I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter's family and we couldn't wait to try it out. The design is small enough to keep out on the counter, but large enough to make a large slushie. It takes a bit of time (about 15 minutes) to make a slushie but it's fun to operate and the kids loved watching the root beer turn from liquid to slushie. It seems really sturdy; it's a bit noisy when churning the drink into a slushie but not so noisy that it's a problem. The kids can make slushies on their own and it saves my daughter a lot of money when they can make them at home instead of running out to the store to buy slushies. This gadget is a real hit.

Ordered the 24th of Feb with a receiving date of the 5th . They didn't get the shipping label printed until the 5th. Then didn't get it until the 11th. Product I have no issue with so far kids love it . Easy to use and directions are easy to understand. It is a little bit loud. Would buy another one later on down the road

This product does not work. Its not worth the time, energy to even deal with it. Its a slushie machine that can't make slushies

It works very well and makes great slushies if you follow the directions.It is mostly plastic, so make sure you follow the directions to prevent breaking or damaging the parts.It is easy to clean, just run mildly hot water over the pieces then dry with a towel.Be careful not to run too hot water as it has just been very cold making the slushies with Rock Salt and cold water, and you might cause warping or cracking if you do.
