Mixes easily with no clumps and tastes smoother than most pre-workouts I’ve tried. Energy is noticeable but not overwhelming, and I didn’t experience strong jitters. Focus felt steady rather than intense, which worked well for regular training sessions. Sugar level seems reasonable for a flavored pre-workout. Overall a solid option if you want controlled energy without a harsh stimulant feel.

i've been using this pre workout (and another by RYSE but got discontinued??) and I've been loving it since then. Unfortunately, this flavor cannot be found in local stores (including walmart). I only purchase this on Amazon or through the main ryse website. Orange flavor and I love it so much! I only take 1/4 of a scoop and it gives me enough energy to workout (I am in my 20s and 5'2) so yes it does the work! High quality for sure! Good value.

This pre-workout really works for me, especially during my CrossFit sessions. The Ring Pop flavor is fun and tasty—I actually like to mix it with carbonated water, which makes it feel like a fizzy energy drink. It does give me that classic itchy, tingly feeling at first, but it goes away quickly. I make sure to only take it in the mornings, because I know it would definitely keep me up at night. The energy and pump last a solid 3–4 hours. As a teacher, I take it before my morning workout, and by the time I’m in the classroom around 9 AM, I’m still energized, engaged, and giving the kids that same high energy. Overall, this pre-workout delivers a lasting boost and makes my workouts and mornings more productive.

I love Ryse products but the flavor profile on the country time lemonade misses the mark. Sunny D is fantastic. All the other ones I have tried have have been great but this one is just meh.

I’ll give a two perspective review. 1.Gym focus: flavor, mix-ability, pump and energy all 10/10. I get insane focus and pumps at the gym definitely recommend for heavy gym sessions. 2. Overall energy no crashing this is one of the few preworkout that my wife actually enjoys drinking and provide her sustain energy without crashing. I often make her a small shaker and she takes it whenever she has long call or nightt shifts at the hospital. Thus coming from not a “gym bro” she truly says this is one of the best pre in terms of taste and energy. PS caffeine is on the higher side , if you are not used to preworkout then do half a scoop.

For someone who is used to high stem preworkout, this is a good one. Taste great and mixes easily. Did give me great focus and energy! I would definitely try again. For those who don’t enjoy high stem preworkouts that give you a skin/tingly sensation then I would suggest trying this, but as I prefer those sensations in the beginning of my workouts, I went back to A.B.E. Preworkout ( bubblegum blast ) . Only reason I’m giving 4/5 is that I did end up going back to my previous preworkout as I feel it is a bit more intense and works better for me.

The feel from it was good but I received it and there was parts of it that were almost a gum consistency I'm assuming that's due to moisture getting in the pre-workout the flavor was tolerable. I'd buy again just worried about the moisture issue in the future.
