Q: Mine did not have the silver heart logo on the bottom of the shoe (sole) - are these knockoffs?

They are 100% knockoffs I just got mine - jewels are crooked , no heart on bottom and didn’t even come in a Betsy Johnson box… trash don’t buy

Q: Is the champagne color truly champagne? The image looks gold

It is a warm (yellow-gold) champagne, not a cool (taupe-gray) one. If you are trying to match to cool one, Naturalizer has a better tone to their Champagne color.
