I have repeatedly injured my shoulder and kept going. Until I ended up with a rotator cuff capsule sprain that stopped me in my tracks. i received strong pain pills, muscle relaxers, and an arm sling at the doctor's office. I can't take the pills, they make me sick. The arm sling is uncomfortable to me.I ordered a brace that crosses over your chest and back. NOT comfortable for a woman! So, I figured I would try this and it is AMAZING to me! It takes the pain away! I wear it all night at work and I'm able to function just fine! I've been using this for two weeks with no issues. I take it off at home and wear the sling.At 5'5" and 115 lbs., I ordered the small and it fits perfect! I don't understand why these aren't passed out the doctor's office, versus strong meds and a sling! The smell does go away eventually. I'd rather deal with the smell than the pain!Thank you!

Originally purchased a medium based on sizing, but after using my medium for Zmonths, I felt that it had stretched out. I also felt as though a tigger fit on my shoulder might be better. I believe that I was correct.Sizing: if you have large arms, as in significantly larger than my 12" circumference biceps, I don't expect medium or small to fit you, I have to stretch mine a bit, and it pinches, I typically wear a thin long sleeve/quarter sleeves/etc shirt to decrease pinching. It also helps to stretch out the device.I like it. I didn't think that it did anything, but I went a day without any brace, and this does make a difference compared to none. I wear the smaller one at night, to help pull my shoulders back/into place. I think wearing something for 20+ hours per day does much more than 12 or less... and the pinching doesn't bother me at all when I wear long sleeves at night.I recommend this for helping to hold shoulders back/in place if you have drooping shoulders/shoulder that come out of place. It also helps to remind me if I start to move my arm incorrectly by slightly restricting my movement.

I got this a couple of days ago, it fits great and is comfortable. That is important when dealing with neck and shoulder pain. It is a challenge to get on the first time but I have figured out how to do it. I have a weak left shoulder and it stops me from doing stuff at times, I garden and have animals. I am rather strong minded and when I decide to do something body be dammed so I often suffer after I have taken on a task. This doohickey is made from (I think) neoprene so it keeps my shoulders warm and in the right position to each other. I have not tried to accomplish anything major since I got it but my sore left shoulder is happy and it helps remind me to be more careful. I have tried another shoulder brace that straps around my body but being heavy busted it eventually got uncomfortable. This one gives me gentler support and keeps my shoulder in place. I hardly know I have it on, I have even been sleeping with it on because my shoulder wakes me up if I turn wrong as I sleep. I really like it good design good material.

I purchased this item for my husband who has a completely torn rotator cuff on the right and a semi-torn one on the left. His shoulder dislocated and he wss in pain for five days. We received this item. Before he put it on, his pain level was a 20 on a scale of 1 to 20 with 20 being the worst pain. Within five minutes or so of wearing this support, his pain level was cut in half! It gives such good shoulder support and is very comfortable as well. He also has a failed neck fusion and noticed since wearing the support which keeps his shoulders in correct posture that his neck even feels better. I wasn't too sure about this item when I purchased it as it was so inexpensive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product!!!

tried it on the day I received it - it is loose fitting and very thin material- poorly made and does NOT support shoulder joints at all. Went to return it and it apparels is not available for return even though it was a Prime order that is supposed to require 30 day return policy. Tossing it in the trash and will never by another item from that manufacturer.

Hoped this would stabilize shoulders when seated, instead they were just uncomfortable and didn't really support my shoulders the way I was hoping. Although they slightly pulled back shoulders, I ended up returning these because they didn't work well at all for support.

This is a good brace for moderate support. It can get a little warm but it's worth it for the support. There are more supportive braces available and I have some, but they are a bit uncomfortable and restrictive. This brace is relatively comfortable.

The small/medium runs large for a petite woman. I have had to alter by cutting up the back and reseaming. It is an easy fix. This fits better than other shoulder brace and/or posture supports. Does not chafe. Both sleeves are adjustable, and it can be worn either over or under clothing. I am very pleased with my purchase.
