It's really not all that horrible tasting. It smells nicer than it tastes, but the taste is tolerable considering how much you're having and what it is. It's not caramel or syrup, it's basically medicine. It's not meant to be yummy, it's meant to be ok enough to take it. If you can remember that, it's just fine. It's kind of bitter like burnt sugar. Still better than other medicinal liquids I've had in my life. Less gross than cough syrup in my opinion, so if you can stand that, you'll be just fine taking this. I haven't put it in or on anything like as a topping, just been taking it with a spoon and getting it over with. I haven't been taking it long enough to notice any changes, but I feel good shortly after taking it. I appreciate it's a liquid because I struggle with pills.

Sure, here’s the English version of your message: ⸻ I received the product, and it was opened — which means it’s spoiled and unusable. There is no option for return or exchange, and this is really frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the high price I paid.

The dark brown sludgy, jiggly, oily yet gritty texture wasn’t even my worst complaint. I tried to stick with it but unfortunately the flavor was so bad I couldn’t even get past half the bottle. This is the nastiest supplement I’ve ever had and I consider myself someone who can “mind over matter” anything. I did everything I could to mask the flavor in tea, green juice, citrus juice, smoothies, etc. I ordered this in May and it expired in July. Sadly more than half the bottle went to waste. As someone desperate to reverse my early graying (I started graying end of high school) naturally- I was very disappointed. I wanted to like this so badly but it was utterly nauseating.

I believe it will take several months to notice a big effect, but I do know that many graying people's issues are from a copper deficiency so in theory this product should work taken consistently! As another reviewer said, yes this stuff is thick, but it has a pleasant enough flavor where I just squirt it onto a tablespoon and eat plain. It's not an AMAZING flavor, but definitely manageable! Hoping the grays go away!! I will report back in a few months.

It worked for me. I was going to wait a few months to review but I'm already seeing progress at 1 month. My family has a history of being premature gray. Normally by mid-30s everyone is mostly gray. I'm late 30s and get my hair colored every 6 weeks to match my natural color. My appt is next week and I can barely see any new growth that is gray. And what gray there is has a coppery color to it (my hair is naturally copper/auburn) so you can barely see it. The taste is awful but for me worth it.
