Nice
Nice niceHi Jay,I am so sorry for the delay as I was very sick last week. Here is some background:My wife and I we got married in the Spring of 2011.I am a US citizen. And in few months she got her temporary Green Card thought the marriage. We lived together in a South Amboy, NJ till October 2012. Then she got LIVE IN job in NYC and she lived there most of the time so I decided to move to Sussex county closer to my job in Chester NY.In March or April 2013 we went to an accountant in Queens NY to fill taxes together for 2012. Our accountant told us that we have to pay IRS approximately $3k for 2012. She was not happy about it because she believes it's not Her taxes - it is My taxes and while I was traveling abroad she went back to the accountant and decided to file 2012 taxes separately. I payed it myself later.Since October 2012 we were leaving separately and I saw her only 3-4 times. Only once we met one on one, when she invited me to come to her work place and we verbally argued over the taxes.Meanwhile her Green card was expiring and she had to fill the paperwork for permanent Green card. She obtained the restraining order on Me.I am assuming that she submitted the form I-751 and included a request for a "waiver" of the joint filing requirement. Shortly after she obtained the restraining order she filed for divorce. I agreed for the Divorce and on August 2013 our marriage was annulled. Now, I guess she is just stalling for time.I would agree for consent order without hearing. I have never behave aggressively toward her. Not even verbally. My biggest concern is that I am a truck driver and I have to pass background check and also I have Mother and Father to support, so I would like to make sure that I will not lose my job because of the background check.I want to make sure my record will be clean and I will pass background check in the future.Could you please tell me what are the options do I have to resolve this matter?Really appreciate your help.Sincerely,Vladimir Yakovlev

Very happy with this case
I've been very happy with this case. Here's why...PROS-Fits like a glove: The iPad slides in and stays secure. It doesn't slide out at all and remains steady when resting in the viewing grooves-Protection: Covers the front and back without adding a ton of bulk to the device overall-Look/feel: Feels sturdy and looks classic. Pretty slim overall too-Button / Speaker Access: This case lets you easily access the side buttons and does not block the speaker at all. The iPad 1 had buttons on the side and a speaker on the bottom of the frame. Since Apple moved the buttons and speaker to essentially the back of the device, you need to make sure you can access them without peeling back the side of the case-Price: $39.99 is as good as it gets in this field. Same price as a Smart Cover but protects the back of your iPad and does not leave streak marks on the screen, like Apple's Smart Covers doCONS-Color: this is a personal thing but I wish the inside was black too instead of blue, but again that's just me-No Magnets: would have been nice to have since it's a cool new trick but doesn't make a big difference in the end. I knew this before I bought it so I'm not knocking the case but just sayingNo other cons but ONE CLARIFICATION based on other reviews I've seen: Some people have complained that two of the corners do not stay tight on their iPad. This is because they are NOT supposed to. The bottom of the iPad must be free to swing out and fit into the grooves for viewing angles. Those corners are just there to protect the corners of your iPad when the case is closed. The iPad does not slide out of the top grips that do hold it in. Those work just fine.Overall, I think it's a great case. I was originally looking at the incase Book Jacket but this one has much better button / speaker access and is a bit thinner too. I definitely recommend it to others.

The Greatest Cover Yet for the IPad II
This by far the best cover that I have seen for the IPad II. The back is a leather (or vinyl) (hard to tell which) covered piece of hard plastic which appears to be injection molded to fit the IPad perfectly and will not slip out once installed. It is also hinged with a moulded latch for a snap fit secure closure. It has three easel positions and one "fold flat" for just about any typing or viewing position you could want. The front is a rigid, also vinyl covered full cover, suede inside to protect the screen from scratches. It also contains two detents for two of the three easel positions. This is by far the strongest yet thinnest cover that I have seen for the IPad II and if you have a head for industrial design, you can immediately tell that it must be a very well thought out, award winning design.I now own three of these, one as described above and the newer swivel model which will allow you to orient the screen in either portrait or landscape position. The newer one is about 1/8 inch thicker to accommodate the swivel and as a result, I like the non-swivel model better. I gave the swivel model to my Honey and ordered an additional non-swivel model just to store a spare in case TARGUS ever discontinues it. I want my IPad II in this case for its useful life. I like it that much.No i am not a Targus employee or friend. Just a user who appreciates great form, terrific function and superb quality. TARGUS, you built one hell of a product and if it is not the número UNO case for the IPad II, I'll be real surprised.

Best cover for a iPad 2 looks really classy.. Got a second one after the first one completely wore out after about 3 years or very rough use .. Overall a great product with very high quality leather .. One of the best covers I have come across . Note it does not have a on off function when u close or open ..

Best iPad cover!
I love this iPad cover. It's perfect! The iPad is held securely by the corner clips and the snap shut cover works well. It's light weight and thin but it provides good protection. The hands free stand is 2 position and sturdy. Would be nice to be able to view in the screen upright as well as landscape, but that would add unwanted bulk to the case.

Great cover for the iPad 2.
This case provides great protection for my iPad 2. The clasps holding the iPad in place are snug but at the same time will not scratch or create wear. I have read reviews on other cases with magnetic metal hinges creating scratches and I chose this case to avoid it. The only thing I wish was better was the typing position. The case says it has three viewing positions - two are very sturdy, but the third (which I assume is the only low angle position) is not as solid, and bounces while I type. That being said, I'm still very happy with the case - it meets all my criteria of being protective, no metal clasps, stays securely closed and looks good.

Not for the iPad it is advertised for
No complaints about the service or delivery or even the quality of the product. However, it doesn't hold the iPad it is designed for. The iPad keeps sliding out. The whole point of buying this was because of the iPad it is designed for. However, the delivery time and the quality of the product is high. Since it did not do what it is advertised as I had to bring the rating down to 2.
