It gives a huge boost to my immune system. I didn’t catch a cold while everyone in the house was sick, coughing, sneezing. I’m happy with its effectiveness. It never smells. If you use supplements daily you’ll find the size of the pills are very easy to take.

To be honest, it's hard to know how to review an item like this as I can't see the lactoferrin helping my body absorb iron, nor can I feel it moving between cells, serum, bile and cerebrospinal fluid. I will give the manufacturer the benefit of the doubt and assume it is, though, in which case this product is a minor miracle for the immune system. Purchase and enjoy your assumed better health.

Flying, a great way to get around when time is of the essence, but it can be a stressful time, then there will always be someone on the flight who is full of cold and keen to share with everyone else on the flight.My last flight I started taking these tablets a couple of days prior to start supporting my immune sytem.I continued to take them after the flight to continue the immunity boosting.Once at my destination I also had to go to speak to the local police, this involved standing in a queue for nearly 2 hours in close proximity to alot of other people, some of whom were clearly full of cold.I kept on taking the tablets for a further 4 days after this event.The tablets are easy to take, not too bulky to swallow. I have had no side effects from taking them, no upset tummy. For me they have done their job, after all of the above, I did not succumb to a cold, not even a hint of one. Immunuty levels clearly working at their best.I will be taking them again pre and post my flight home.

I only tried it once but didn't seem to have a good reaction to it. I have poor digestion at the moment and it seemed to make it worse. I didn't see any benefits but then it's not reasonable to expect that in one day.I didn't have any trouble taking or swallowing the capsule as it's average size, but I'm not keen to try it again. It may well be completely different for you.

Great for a top up, this contains a good dose of zinc and vitamin c alongside lactoferrin. One a day, easy to take capsules. Will continue taking happily. Great value too.

Thought these were iron tablets when I ordered them because of their easy to ferrin in the wording label but delighted of my mistake after reading about the benefits of this product during a search.These have no unpleasant odour, taste or aftertaste either and are easy to swallow for me but I’m accustomed to taking supplements anyway.
