This item it made out of great material, sturdy, not see through. It was very cool to wear in the desert. I wear s 18, it fit perfect, just a little snug on army’s. If you don’t have big arms you will be fine.I am very happy with this purchase.

Great for our 90 degree-plus days (climate change is real). I’ve slept in it and worn it all day after I got up. I throw it in the wash and hang it up to dry...no wrinkles. Nice enough to wear around town....fashionable.

Took this to Hawaii as a casual dress to wear to dinner. Touched it up with a damp sponge because I did not want to iron on vacation. It looked great at dinner with high-heeled sandals and a cool belt. The next day, I wore it to the beach cabana over my suit with flip flops and felt tres elegant. (And felt gleeful at how much I'd saved by buying it!)

Bought this for myself, but it was a bit to tight in the bust. Was originally planning on returning it, but my husband said he wanted it so he wears it around the house now. Be warned. It's advertised as linen, but the tag says 100% cotton, and the size was hand written on the tag, so check the size measurements before ordering.

Unfortunately, upon receipt, I discovered the dress was too small although I ordered it in my regular size. It was also extremely short, the sleeves were too tight, and the material was rather scratchy. Other dress options were selected and enjoyed.

Haven’t worn or washed, but fabric is like linen/cotton blend and not sheer. I got the beige in a small, 5’4, 38” bust, normally a s or m in tops depending on brand and cut. I’ve worked in Morocco and Tunisia so am familiar with this style and wore it often there. The length is perfect for me, ankle length. Don’t mind the buttons are shade darker then fabric, that’s the way they’re normally in country. Like the sleeves as I can make 3/4 or keep longer. Drapes well when on with or without belt. If wearing belt, keep it loose. BUT, is cut tight at back top and a devil to get on or off, once on, it’s fine. Yet if I’d gotten a M, I’m sure it would have been baggy.

You would think they would comply to American sizing for us, instead of whatever this is. I bought 2. What a fool I was.

Very pleased with this purchase! Great material, not very sheer but I will be wearing a light slip underneath. As a another purchaser mentioned, the arms are tight. They were not so tight, that I can’t wear. The sleeves are also short. I am 5’9 and my clothing is typically a size 14/16. I ordered a 3x. I would order this again, if it came in pink, spring green, or yellow. Be prepared to wait awhile for delivery. Do not purchase if you need right away for a trip or something.

The final recipient of this garment found the design and fabric pleasing and refreshing to wear, but also found that the buttons did not do justice to the dress. Also the dress was too large.She is very familiar with this type of fabric and was confident that, after washing the dress, there would be sufficient shrinkage to correct the size.She was right and it fit perfectly after washing.She also changed the buttons to another design and color, but I must add, that such things can certainly be subjective.
