I have severe GERD and I take these at night to settle my stomach down even though I am on a prescription drug. They work great and ease any stomach issues I may be experiencing.

Still a great tool in the tool kit. I miss the original formula in the individual packets where all of the blends were separate because I definitely feel like there’s no way that all of that made it into four capsules so maybe the dosage decreased on some of the stuff, but it still works really well and I like it.

One of those products i am entirely passionate about because of the difference it makes all around on my well being. I love the packet form so you are able to have all you need for your digestion in one packet! Ever since i have been consistently taking this i noticed less sensitivity to food and a ton more energy! I love love loveee this product!

First - it’s not a jar of pills. It’s a set of little packets with several pills in each. So the box looks like there is more than there actually is. I took this to counterbalance antibiotics. But it did nothing more than a good old fashioned much cheaper probiotic does for me.

I used to get bad indigestion. Total Gut Health has really helped. It doesn't completely get rid of it but really helps.

Outstanding product, only problem is the amount of pills, we used to get the bigger bottle, it not available. Try it, works great.
