I like this BP monitor as my best choice for: 1. USB data cable & downloaded PC software to analyze BP measurements for historical trends (not the more common Bluetooth/Smartphone app), 2. date/time stamp, and 3. standard AC adapter (not USB power). I think it's accurate, and accurate enough to monitor my BP at my doctor's request. (can send .pdf report) So far, I did one calibration check. The measurements of this BP monitor and during doctor's visit, were within +/- 3 mm Well-worth considering as a top contender !

Works great and is comfortable.I have a big arm had to switch up to a bigger machine. This one seems to work perfect. I can't make any claims about accuracy i only see a doctor about every 3 to 4 months. But the readings seem accurate.

Note: I don't give 5-star reviews for consumer-electronics items unless they meet certain criteria *including* that I've used them for their full usable life spans. An important component of "value" (IMHO) for such devices, products, etc., is that they do what they're designed to do, and do it well, for the ___ number of years that we (should) expect. (We've only used this device for 2+ months.)Although not certified for accuracy, we checked with our PCP nursing staff and found the BP measurements are well within tolerances (to our satisfaction). An important consideration for purchasing a BP monitor of course.We had an earlier model (now over 13 years old) Microlife BP monitor that needed to be replaced.We do like the design of Microlife BP monitors, esp. the models with a USB cable and software for desktop PCS (we're using Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit).We do like the Microlife desktop software, and were happy to see that the configuration from our previous Microlife BP monitor was still usable for our new device. (We did set up a new profile for the new device. We can still access and view our older device's readings, history, etc.)

I had to start monitoring my BP and was given a machine through a program under my health insurance but it’s cuff was like torture. This machines cuff is very comfy and easy to use. Provides accurate readings and also allows for a average of three readings. So glad I chose this brand.

I had an older model of this one, and it was good, but the arm cuff finally leaked air after around 7 years. So I bought this current model. The readings were all over the place. 128, then two minutes later 143. I would check my pressure three times in a row, and there was always a significate difference. I could not trust it. I'm not an expert. Maybe all machines are like this. but I returned it before the one month was up.

received item, nice looking but kept getting error 3 then when I did get a reading it was not accurate. I have an older Microlife monitor to compare with. Pulse and diastolic were good but systolic was 20-30 points higher. Got replacement monitor only one error 3 but systolic was off 30-40 points higher. Took it with me to my fathers and compared it to his Omron and an older Microlife all 3 measured same pulse and diastolic but this replacement the systolic reading was 30 to over 40 points high. returning this one for refund. When you have mild hemophilia A and on blood thinners you really want something accurate. Maybe a bad lot as this seems common complaint on Amazon but not on CVS site.

I like that it takes 3 BPs and derives the average. It’s fairly simple to use.

I like that my husband and I can both use this and keep our readings separate. The cuff fits all size arm’s. Easy to use!!
