Versatile little pan
Got this when I was looking for a pan to fit inside my toaster oven. Works perfectly! Now when I want to sear and braise, I have this wonderful pan to use! Browns well and cleans up like a charm. Great for a one or two person household. Want to try it for a paella pan next.

Good paella pan
I bought this pan for paella when my whole family came over. I was pleased with the sturdiness and quality of the pan. Good size for stove top and oven I really recommend the pan. Prive was good.

More instruction than I want for a pan
The pan is really sturdy and a little larger than I wanted. But it is exactly what the description describes which is 14”. However, when I read the “initial use” and “care instructions” it’s a bit more than I want to have to follow to keep it clean and working correctly. I’d rather have a pan that I can wash and use instead of heating white vinegar, staying away from soap, etc….anyhow, I don’t recall reading about the care details in the description. So, I will be returning it unused. I’m sure for many, it’s a great pan, just not for me.

I bought this because I was not so pleased with my “non stick” frying pans. I find this as good as any non stick pans I have. The quality is good and I would definitely recommend it. It is easy to clean which I think is a good plus. It’s a good depth for the things I use it for.
