Seems like very good cable to me.
I’m no expert, but I try to jobs right. I’m replacing some thinner wiring on some LED lights with this and its chalk and cheese. The inner cores strip well with an automatic stripper, plenty of decent strength copper strands which are easy to work with. Pretty flexible for 4 core of this size; outer insulation seems rubbery rather than brittle.
