Very strong and no down time
This vacuum is greater than i ever could have expected. It comes in a very professional storage box that is great to hold the extra battery and other accessories. This does come with a second battery so as long as you charge the one your arent currently using there is never a time where you need to wait while it charges. This is not only great for household use but it also works well in the car. The case it comes with works are a great travel case. Vacuum is made with quality durable parts and i expect it to last for years.

Not able to charge with EU plug.
I think this would be great if I could charge the batteries, but they keep sending me a charger that is a European plug and doesn't work in USA plugs! I returned the first one & reordered thinking it was a simple mistake,but the second one had the same plug. Obviously this is not being packaged or made in USA. Not that I expected it to be American made,but if they are selling in America,then they should send a plug that works in America.

Giving one star is being generous โฆ Right off, you have to purchase an EU to American adapter for the battery charging plug โฆ The accessory parts donโt fit right, and comes with parts that fit nowhere and the vacuum device. It feels very flimsy, kind of like a plastic solo cup. Amazon, refunded the purchase and said just keep it, so no complaints on Amazon

Do not buy this product. It comes with a European plug. When I contacted seller they refused to send an American plug. Returning it and will not buy from this seller.

not strong
The vacuum is not as strong as advertised. Would have been a better product if it included: 1) led light & 2) blower feature. Price point is not justified. Two batteries is a plus so I gave it 2 stars.
