This has been wonderful to use when a migraine or bad headache sets in, but honestly I also use it as a cold pack for my neck, and it was great to use on my cheek for a recent tooth extraction as well! It's great to use that way since it's gel/flexible. I have used this MANY times since buying it a few years ago, and I bought one for my sister as a gift and she loves it, too!

This thing saved me from 1st trimester pregnancy headaches! It slides on easily and has comfy padding, slight pressure and an insanely good cooling feeling. Worth every penny.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. Has helped my headaches and migraines. And has helped me fall asleep at night as I tend to overheat easily. Straight out of the freezer it is too cold for me but waiting about 5-10 minutes it gets to a temp that works well for me. It doesnt last for a long time (like maybe 20-30 minutes) but thats plenty of time for it to give relief.

10/10. My husband and I fight over who gets to wear it nightly. We both wear it even without a headache. You can truly tailor it to your needs with the fridge or freezer and it’s nice and tight to provide great relief.

I use this thing at my bfs and my work because we dont have ac and its saved my arse a time or two🤣 the cool off period is so short so you can use it multiple times in a hour depending on the temp at t he time

Does not stay cold for more than about 5-10 minutes. I still use it because the slight hug around my head feels good when Im hurting and sometimes use it to block light.
