Worth every penny
The AOC CU34G2XPD offers a sharp WQHD resolution on a large 34-inch curved screen, making games and movies feel more immersive. Its fast refresh rate keeps visuals smooth, while the build quality feels solid and reliable. A great choice for both gaming and everyday use.

Amazing monitor for the price!
Got this ultrawide 2K monitor recently and I’m really impressed. The image quality is crystal clear, colors pop, and the refresh rate feels super smooth. For the price, the performance and quality you get are honestly excellent, definitely worth every euro. Perfect for gaming and work.

Tis wide and curvey
Overall a decent monitor at a good price. I've read some reviews that say if you aren't used to a curved monitor then beware , they might not be for you. However even tho this is my first curved panel it isn't that noticeable. It's 185hz refresh isn't default and needs to be setup. The built in USB Hub is very handy. I'm not sure this model has speakers built in. I've bought a sound bar to sort that out. The only bad point is the height adjustment. There isn't enough of it so I'll have to stand it on something to give it the correct position. It doe's have a standard Vesa fixing so it can be wall mounted or desk arm/stand mounted which I will be looking at. Really good price ,good specification .

The “1 ms” response time is optimistic. There’s some ghosting in darker scenes if you look for it.
Great value ultrawide for gaming — just a few small compromises I’ve been using the AOC CU34G2XPD (34" WQHD curved, 180 Hz, FreeSync Premium) for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really happy with it. For the price, it delivers a fantastic gaming experience and looks great on the desk. The good: The 180 Hz refresh rate makes everything feel buttery smooth, especially paired with FreeSync. Fast-paced games like Apex Legends and Forza Horizon look incredible. The 34" curved screen (3440×1440) is super immersive — perfect for gaming and also great for productivity with the extra screen width. Colors and contrast are impressive for a VA panel. Blacks are deep, and once I tweaked the settings a bit, it looked fantastic. Build quality feels solid, and the stand has full height and tilt adjustments, which is a nice touch at this price point. It runs quietly and doesn’t flicker, even after long sessions. The not-so-good: The “1 ms” response time is optimistic. There’s some ghosting in darker scenes if you look for it. HDR support is limited. It’s technically there, but don’t expect true HDR performance — brightness just isn’t high enough for that wow effect. HDMI is capped at 100 Hz, so you’ll need DisplayPort to get the full 180 Hz. Out-of-the-box colors were a bit off; needed a quick calibration to look right.

Monitor
The product itself is fine, no dead pixels. I just didn't expect it to be so big; many videos don't support such a wide screen. The delivery person was bad, didn't knock, even though I waited at home. They just handed the package to my neighbor. Luckily, my neighbor is very nice.

Awesome for writing/coding!
This monitor is reasonably priced, wide, light, and fits three normal screens side-by-side for lots of side-by-side work. And it worked, right out of the box! Largest resolution was default. It looks awesome and feels good to use. There's a height adjustment and the highest height suits me perfectly. (I am tall). The stand is super sturdy and fits together easily. The colours match my laptop's perfectly, though the default gamma is a bit faded toward grey, may need to play with that. The Response time is not applicable to my uses for coding, so can't comment on it. I'm sure gamers will! I've only been using it an hour, so can't comment yet on longevity. But it works well on day one!

If on sale, it's an absolute no brainer.
I can't really believe it was possible to buy a monitor like this for 230 quid (on sale). Assuming it lasts at least 5 years that's an absolute bargain. I get why TV's can often seem cheap for what they are (monitoring what you watch, targeting ads etc) but none of that applies here. In a world where everything is getting more expensive, it's nuts that getting a decent ultrawide monitor for that money is honestly mind-blowing.

Great value for money.
Brilliant monitor. Great for gaming and for the boring stuff. USB hub a plus, but it's hard to get to for plugging in etc. Good height and tilt adjustment.

This, for me, is the best Monitor I have used, and to anyone who is thinking about using a curved monitor, do not hesitate, get one, make life so easy on the eyes and so much better for every aspect of computing, whether you are working, gaming, or just watching movies Although in the Dark scenes using this one may leave a kinda dark fog to some of the scenes, but barely noticable. If, like me, you are on a budget, then this is the one. I got the 34-inch, sorry I did not go bigger, but at the same time, this really has changed my life. I live-stream on YouTube and use OBS Studio. This little beast has made it so easy and comfortable. The screen space alone is worth it. I will leave a Video just to show you how good it is. Look up YouTube, and you will not get a bad review. I am not going into tech details except to say it does what it says it will do, Best Budget Monitor out there, at least it was when I bought it. Do not overspend get this one, I did and am smiling ever since, have it just about a year now, and still love it.
