Good product but not porcini to me
The packaging and product are good, and they have a good taste. But compared to the traditional porcini I'm used to consuming, these are too light, not as strong, and much bigger than the typical pine tree porcini.

Nach 1 stündigem Wasserbad verwendbar. Hervorragender Geschmack, Farbe und Konsistenz. Mit Putengeschnetzeltem, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, roter Paprika, etwas Zitronesaft und ein Schuß Sahne ergab diese Mischung ein leckeres Paprikasch! Klare Kaufempfehlung. LG :)

Produit reçu selon la description et champignons goûteux. La raison de l’étoile en moins est le pot reçu déformé au niveau du couvercle qui n’assure plus la fraîcheur, sans humidité, des champignons.

Dried mushrooms are a great standby, you never need run out. They come in a plastic jar with screw top lid which is good as you can use how much mushroom you require and know that the rest will stay fine in the jar. Just soak them in water, drain and dry and hey presto you're ready to go.

-They realy add value to a stew or stir fry - amazing flavour and texture. The features are rated apart from 'warmth' - not sure what that means?
