These are so sharp, thin, and comfortable! I usually can’t even feel the needle going into my skin. They feel a little less sturdy than the Easy Touch pen needles I normally use, but the size and shape of these is fantastic. I love the flat needle hub and I will never use another design. I think the price is great too. I ordered two boxes and I will keep ordering these!

These really are completely pain free. I don't know what it is but it isn't just that they are ultra fine, they almost have like some kind of Teflon coating or something on it that makes it slide in and out of your skin with zero resistance. They have a nice wide tip that makes sure the needle is laying flat against your skin. I've had to use a lot of pen needles over the years and using other brands, I just can do it anymore. I've gotten so used to the not even being able to feel these inserted at all. It really removes the fear of building up scar tissue from too many injections too. I really don't know what they did, but these are must have some kind of magic built into them.

This are good pen needles. Needle is tiny and barely felt on injection. Fit perfectly on my insulin pen.

I was very surprised and satisfied with this purchase. I used the BD brand in the past however they haven't been available in this size for some time now. I decided to try this brand but was skeptical due to the low price...expecting lower quality or it wouldn't fit my two different types of insulin pens. Not only do they fit but are just as easy to use and may even be better at injection. Anyway...I recommend these if you use Humalog and/or Lantus pens.

Perfect for frequent injections and absolutely painless. They are so fine you won’t feel a thing. Fit standard injection pens. Design having a flat surface for the needle base means you can just insert it at 90 degrees all the way to a nice flat surface and then inject. Highly recommend these.

Bought these cause the descriptions say it doesn’t hurt, but there is still pain when used. But way thinner and cheaper than the ones at Kroger Pharmacy.

I initially tried these when my state of residence began some strange restrictions on medical related products. Florida did me a favor since these pen needles are an excellent quality at a great price. I've reordered a few times and have not had a single problem with them. They are as close to painless as you can get.

Great need those for my insulin

Not the worst needle I’ve tried. Similar to Le Trust Medical needles but not as sharp. Painful injections so I won’t be purchasing them again.
