large cases prevent phones from fitting
I like the slip in feature however my phone has a protective case that doesn't allow it to fit. do you have wider models?

No worry about moving it from vehicle to vehicle or magnets that don't hold.
I ordered this for my son who is a commercial truck driver. He will soon be getting a new truck. The one he has been using adheres to the dashboard which would be a problem to remove and then he would have to figure out how to attach it to the dash of his new truck. The one he has also uses magnets which have not been reliable at holding his phone. This one looks like it will be better as it attaches to a vent so he can move it if his truck is in service and he is using another truck and at trade in time. This one also uses slides to grip the phone which we expect will work better than the magnets did.
