Apologies for the gross toenail photo.Over the last 10 years my toenails have gotten worse and seriously went down hill 3 years ago, after I decided to stop treatments and resort to putting polish on to cover them up. I've tried all kinds of solutions including prescription topical treatments. Some people swore by cider vinegar, I just ended up with an ulcerated toe, so wouldn't recommend it. That said the various treatments did seem to clear the infection from all but my big toenails.I happened upon a review of this cream and as it was considerably cheaper than some of the treatments I'd tried I figured it couldn't make them any worse. So about 5 weeks ago I started using the cream daily after washing and drying my feet. The photo shows the before and after condition. As well as using the cream I have made a real effort to have my toes out, i.e. not in socks and shoes, we have also had a warm dry few weeks which could also have helped. But this is the best my toenails and surrounding skin have looked in years, at one point I had no nail at all on my right toe. So I'm going to keep using the cream and have ordered a second tube. I've gone through about half a tube treating both toenails over 5 weeks. The instructions that come with it aren't great so maybe you should apply it twice a day, as the results weren't as quick as the advert made out. I'd been putting about a 2mm line of cream on each nail, but that seemed about right to rub in. I was also careful not to cross contaminate between toenails.

It works very well my son used it and he told me so I ordered some the only problem was it took a long time to come
