CAUTION!!! I’ve been using “Light Brown” for months. Loved it. It turns my greys blond, it’s wonderful. Just bought it again. It was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR coming out of the pump. I kept shaking it. Had a wedding to go to so proceeded. The color is NOTHING LIKE the light brown I’ve been using. My hair is DARK RED. I have no idea what is going on. Never buying this again!!!

I wont ever use any other dye again other than Polar Hair. It is so easy to use. I love that it doesn't stain skin. I gave the light brown color a 4 because it did end up being a bit to orange given how I used it. I have difficult to color hair, the dye did not fully infuse my gray and did not fully cover my previous color in the 10 minutes I let it set. I am going to use the next darker color and give it more time.

Applied the light brown for 40+ minutes as I could tell it wasn't working. If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. This product didn't do anything for me. Another issue is the awkward design of the bottle and difficult to pump. Not easy to apply to head. Why would the user want to apply it to their hands first? It is a design flaw. I get that the idea is that you use it like shampoo, but let me direct the bottle to where it is applied on my head. Did the creators actually get input from people who color their hair on a regular basis? To the makers - start with some user experience testing, make some improvements, and then maybe I'll try again.

I'm so confused. The bottle says polar on it. I went to go into my orders to get it again, bits it's not labeled as polar. I got light brown, and my hair has taken a slight red tint, which does tend to happen with with some hair color. I'd prefer no red so was coming to order a darker brown but now can't decide if I should stick with this or go with polar in light brown. The color lasts and overall it works as well as I expected. Would love it with an ash tint to keep my hair from having a strawberry blonde tint though.

Just used it last night. Never colored my own hair before. Was so easy and the coverage and color looked great. Will buy again.

Horrible , made everyone’s hair a rusty color even though we didnt have the same hair color , didn’t work for me at all ..,

Bottle of shampoo was cracked at the bottom of bottle,when I received.
