This product is by far the best DIM supplement I have tried thus far. The liposomal delivery system enhances absorption and is easy on the stomach. Very good results with this supplement. I've been using DIM prescribed by my physician because of the bio identical hormone therapy I'm using. This is a good product, 0 side effects and I feel pretty much back to normal.. hormones must be getting more balanced. My moods are good and calm compared to before taking these. I’ve been through a double mastectomy and a diep flap reconstruction within the past year. I was taking letrozole which was taking away all my female and woman feelings! No libido at all!! So I stopped taking that and started with these supplements, so thankful I did that. So like I said I feel like a woman!!
