However, their customer service was fantastic, which made me feel comfortable purchasing from them again. After an extended period of research on heat presses I was finally convinced that this item was the best of all the heat presses I looked at. The value and quality in my opinion was the best choice and now after using it several times I am sure I made the best choice

This heat press is above awesome. It works so much better than my other one. It’s automatic - you set the temperature, pressure, time, push the tray in until it clicks, pressure the start button and it does the rest. ❤️❤️

The media could not be loaded. This is my second htvront auto press that I owned and I loved it. I had the firts generation for two years sold it and decide to buy this one and I'm in love. It's wonderful, easy to use, Heats fast and works great.

Pretty happy with the press. Only issue is it steams/smokes at temps over 380degrees. Not sure if it’s normal or just mine. I do sublimation and vinyl.

I already own the first version of this heat press and loved it , however I always had to add an extra pads when pressing for sublimation so that it would have more pressure. The new version now has that feature., which makes a huge difference, I can adjust the settings to add different pressure weights for my sublimation images. The colors on sublimations are more vibrant and I don’t have to press the designs more than once which is a big time saver . The keypad also adjusts to have a better view of it . It is easy to use and has the an automatic shut off feature which is great . It has the pull out feature that allows me to be able to set up my items complete on the drawer without the sides of the jamming on the sides . It seems to heat up faster than the first version but still has the even heat distribution and the 15x15 size surface. Just like the first one , I can set up the time , heat and now pressure to press my shirts .The only thing that I didn’t not like is that I bought the blue color to match my first heat press and the blue colors are different shades, but that’s more of a preference for me . Overall , the new features especially for sublimation are worth the price .
