Doll was not full silicon, was very disappointed, should've informed buyer's that boy doll has penis & balls, not appropriate for a 9 year old.

If you are looking for the heavy, squishy feel of real silicone, you should expect to pay $165+ elsewhere. My main issue is the quality of the hair—it is very fragile and falls out quite easily. Overall, it's a decent doll for the price if you manage your expectations, but don't expect a true silicone reborn experience.
