Sturdy! Water/snow proof!
I ordered this for outside our back door. The step from the door to the ground is too big for my husband and my dad (it's not great for anyone but somebody with agility could handle the step down) but it's also not big enough for a full step. When the step arrived I was impressed with the quality of how it's built. It's been outside since it got here in mid November and has endured, rain, snow, and ice crystals so far. It has not shown any deterioration yet. It definitely functions well as it was intended. And it was easy to assemble and set right outside the door. The only thing that concerns me is, it isn't slip resistant so if it had some non slip strips on it would be safer, but I can easily add those strips to it myself. It definitely does what it was intended to do and for that it is definitely worth the money in my opinion.

Works great
Was easy to assemble, solid, and perfect boost needed to get into bed. Created two steps. I thought about just getting a two step stool but could not find one giving me the height I needed. My queen bed sits on a dresser unit, with a built in box spring and adding a 4 inch memory foam, my short legs needed more height. This worked out perfect, is stable, and my step stool sits solid on top.

Sturdy and perfect height
Perfect height and sturdy for my 250 pound weight so i can safely step up onto the porch. We plan to stain it to protect it more from our oregon weather.

Fantastic fix
I purchased as a quick fix to a taller than usual step. It arrived during a snowstorm and salted stoop. In a hurry I put it down meaning to get back to clearing the area later. The snow and salt didn’t affect it. In fact, it proofed to be a safer option as the snow fell in between the wood slats.

Poor quality control
Holes don’t line up to the boards so I had to drill new holes. Not a big deal if you have even the most basic skills but for those who don’t have that or tools this could be problematic

Not "Quality Wood"
I'm dissatisfied with the wood quality. When it was screwed together with the 'pre-drilled" holes the unit was crooked and the so called quality wood as split! Not worth the money.
