Awesome cool product! My husband loved it! If it doesnt seem to work at first, it is because of the battery. We ran into the issues the other low stars gave but after we let the battery sit in there for a bit, everything worked well. Opened and closed on command! Voice commands wont work when it's too loud though but thats what the clicker/remote is for! :)

Helmet looks great but did not operate correctly. The helmet would not open correctly and fully. This was my second purchase that needed to be returned for the same issues. Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. There will not be a third.

Very cool look, mechanics for the mask opening and closing worked well for a few days. then main face part started to catch and would only open half way, then close back up. Opened on its own a few times. Side pieces stuck. Was very promising, but had to return as it was just not working properly.

I bought this for my grandson he was thrilled seemed made well just what he wanted

Definitely would’ve gave it a five star review however the first helmet came damaged with a side plate was broken so I had to do a replacement, but it did come within the next day! Product came as advertise, heavy duty plastic not metal definitely not made to wear or cosplay, but looks good on the stand on my collection! Would not recommend buying that full price definitely wait until Black Friday sale or cyber Monday sealed to buy, I must have for all Marvel or MCU fans!

I do not recommend this product AT ALL!!. I bought one for my son for Xmas and it came without instructions and none of the voice commands worked (I have a strong feeling that they sent me a previously returned product). I am still waiting on a refund for that return which is also very poor customer service. I purchased another one in the meantime, hoping to diminish the disappointment for my son's main item on his Santa list, only to receive yet another defective product. It started jamming up after only 1 day, front of mask wouldn't open and the remote didn't work from the get go!! $1400 for 2 products from one supplier is shameful and really not worth it. Maybe it's a bad batch over the XMAS period but from my perspective this product and its supplier customer service is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product given its price.
