Bulldog Home brew kit - Cortez Gold, Mexican Cerveza by Bulldog

Quality beer kit and easy to make. Great results, left 2 weeks for Primary fermentation after adding the hop teabag after 4 days. Gave it 2 weeks for secondary fermentation in bottles using carbonation drops. Left to cold condition and now a very delicious Cerveza, pleasantly hopped with a refreshing subtle lime background from the hop addition. Not a fan of all these kits, the Pennine Bitter Kit so far has not improved on conditioning, but the Cerveza is excellent and will be ordering more.

The hops really added an aroma and gave you a freedom of when to add it for what effect you wanted it to have

This product is easy to use and very simple and tastes great would totally recommend these kits to anyone.

Good interesting lager. Very light but with Saaz hops to give it some flower and bite. Needs decent amount of sugar and is best done in a bottle not a barrel. Will be ok in a barrel but harder to chill unless you are lucky and have a beer fridge that fits a keg.
