Impressive
I took a chance on this knife as it is made by a new company. It is very light and well balanced which makes it easy to maneuver. The handle design is shaped nicely to fill the hand. It comes laser sharp and has the build quality of a much more expensive knife. I would buy it again.

Hate to share a poor review. Blade fracturing after 1 year.
This beautiful and sharp knife has kept an excellent edge. Used only for sashimi slicing on plastic or wood board. Kept the knife covered when not in use. Got mild rusting bc didn't dry quick enough when first purchased. Just noticed two small cracks on the blade. This is unacceptable for a high priced white steel Japanese made knife. I'd appreciate it if the vendor would advise or allow an exchange. Enjoyed this knife so much I purchased another as a gift a few months ago, before these fractures showed up. Torn blade and feelings :o/
