Lifan Energy Storm ESI 5600iER-CA, 5000 Running Watts/5500 Starting Watts, Gas Powered Portable Inverter

The generator seems to be ok, although I haven't really tested it yet. It is not very quiet so if you want low noise get a Honda. The real problem with this brand is their customer service. I have emailed them 4 times about some minor problems but I have never heard from them. I also called them 5 or 6 times and was able to talk to the technician only twice. He was going to call me back the same day but I haven't heard from him yet (3 days later). Lifan, has only one customer service for all of the US. I was told they employ 8 people. Not very good service for all their distribution points.

had a little problem at first, called support and had to do a little adj. works great, noise level is about the same as Honda 3000, for a lot less money.

Great generator. Have used it to power 2 fifth wheels at the same time, both with the air conditioners running, no problem handling the load.Remote start works like a charm. It's alittle louder than I thought it would be but it's not over bearing, you wouldn't want to be running it after quiet hours though but the same could be said about any Honda model!!!

BEWARE! Don't buy this NOR buy from this manufacturer!Wires from this generator caught on fire and melted... now I have a generator that doesn't work & this company won't exchange or return!!They have the worst customer service, all you get is the run-around and no returned phone calls.

This generator worked great for us when we dry camped for 4 days, it ran the ac, water heater, coffee pot and microwave with no problems. The remote start is nice and it runs good and is pretty quite.

this is a great product, description of product and fast shipping with good comunication. It is heavy not a one person job to load or unload from a vehicle but easy for to people.
