This item has been such a blessing. I opted for the powder since It’s a bit easier for me to take than the pill. I ordered my first batch mid June, I ordered my second batch Mid July. I completed batch number two in August. I got follow up testing in October. This was two months of intake 1 month off results. My iron went from 70 in June to 161 in an October. I didn’t have any stomach issues or constipation. I had no side effects what so ever. The powder was pretty great and easy to take, I only drank water with it to help get it into my system but it is not needed. My iron levels sky rocketed in a good way. The effectiveness is the proof shown from my patient portal. The cost is on the pricier side BUT it works. I would rather buy quality over quantity always concerning my health!

My blood test results say my iron is low. From past experience I know that the basic iron supplements don’t work. I tried a special supplement recommended by my doctor and the results were minimal. I continued to search and I found Sideral Forte iron supplement. The ingredients and information were different. The cost is excessive but I needed results and I needed them fast. After one week I noticed a significant improvement in my energy level and my restless legs were also improved. I would recommend trying at least one package if you have a significant iron deficiency. This is not medical advice. This is sharing the results I have experienced.

First time ever writing a review. I have suffered from anemia since the pregnancy of my first son in 2007 at least. It never bother me much cause I was young and on the go a lot. Here in the last 4-5 years I noticed some anemia symptoms started getting more intense. I had my second child a year ago and my iron levels kept falling during the pregnancy and they wanted to give me higher doses of iron because nothing was working. Randomly, I wanted to start actively working on my health so I decided to order these. Started about a month ago and I instantly felt a difference by day 2. I got lab work done for an annual check up on last Friday and it showed no signs of anemia. Honestly kinda amazed. I’ll have to budget for it cause as I age my health is becoming most important. Its costly but it is honestly worth every penny.

Iron levels increased in a week.

I started this medication with really high hopes because it’s quite expensive. The price alone made me wonder if it actually works. I took not just one, but two tablets a day, always leaving an 8–9 hour gap between them. I made sure to take each dose on an empty stomach with 250 mg of vitamin C, and I was very careful not to eat anything for two hours afterward. I did all of this to maximize absorption. I was extremely consistent with my routine, so naturally my expectations were high. The medication never caused any stomach issues or constipation for me, which made me very happy. When I first started, my ferritin level was 26. After about two months of use, I had bloodwork done, and I was shocked to see my ferritin had dropped from 26 to 24. Only my hemoglobin had improved—from 11 to 11.5. When I asked my doctor and ChatGPT about this after two months, I was told that my iron stores just hadn’t filled yet, that the supplement was currently improving my hemoglobin, and that I should continue. So I kept going for another four months. As you know, this medication is expensive, and I used two boxes per month—around $160 monthly. But four months later, it was a complete disappointment. My ferritin level dropped again, this time to 23. My other blood markers had also gone down. Only my hemoglobin increased slightly—from 11.5 to 11.8. If you’re planning to use this supplement with high expectations and spending this much money, I honestly don’t recommend it. Or at least, here’s what I suggest: once you start the medication, get your labs checked again after two months. If your ferritin level hasn’t increased at all—if your iron stores haven’t started to improve—don’t waste your money like I did. I continued for a total of six months. At $160 per month, I spent almost $960, and I’m extremely disappointed. I really wish I had put that money toward IV iron instead. So for anyone considering this product with hope: I took two tablets a day, very consistently, and it did absolutely nothing for me. On the contrary, my ferritin levels went down. A huge disappointment.

So far it seems to be helpful for my daughter. No stomach issues and no issues going to the bathroom. We are waiting for her blood count results so hopefully she doesn't need any more blood transfusion

This iron was referred to me from ChatGPT actually. My iron is low but everything I've taken makes me feel nauseated and constipated. I've tried multiple different iron supplements including prescription and they all did this. I put this in ChatGPT and it recommended a bovine iron as long as I didn't need it to be vegan. They gave me a couple brands and this was on Amazon so I got it. This is the first iron that doesn't upset my stomach or bind me up! I'm so happy I can finally take iron that works and won't make me feel sick or constipated. I will be shouting this from the rooftops if my ferritin level gets to normal at my next check.
