This is a really nice large lunch bag/soft cooler. It has a fun style military/camo style & keeps cold all day with a reusable ice pack. I got this to take to the beach. I have a big bag soft side cooler that began leaking and was just a pain to lug around & I had found that I didn't really need a big 36+ can bag for a day at the beach. This bag had decent reviews and the smaller size that I was looking for. It is nicely made from quality materials and with nice tight seaming. The shoulder strap is padded and comfortable even on bare, sunburnt skin. The zipper is strong and smooth. I really like that the external pockets are useable - they are really external to the cooler compartment and open wide to store whatever you need. The front compartment is large enough to hold my phone, kindle, sunscreen bottle, a few can koozies, napkins & any cutlery you may need. The bottle opener is securely affixed to the side and easy to use. The cooler compartment is deep enough to hold bottles of wine upright with about 2" of space to spare - the domes lid is great for squeezing stuff in. It will hold 4 bottles of wine, 12 bottles of beer or 14-18 cans - with room for ice too. I usually have it packed with 6-8 cans (normal & slim), 4 20oz Gatorade bottles, zipper bags of fruit and cheese/lunchmeat and lots of ice. It is really waterproof - does not leak at all and it keeps ice all day while we are on the beach in 85-95 degree heat. The smooth oxford canvas fabric is great for HTV (heat transfer vinyl) customization - I put our family monogram logo on it and it looks great. The bottom has non-skid material so it stays put wherever you put it. The side mesh pockets are nice thick mesh and wide/tall enough to hold 24oz stainless steel water bottles. This cooler is definitely a welcome addition to our beach gear.

For starters, I must emphasize for you to pay attention to the product dimensions. The images are quite deceiving, making this lunchbox look about twice the size it actually is. Since this says it fits 25 cans, we assumed this was a fairly large container. They must mean you can fit 25 cans if you expand it and put some of those cans in the top section. There’s no way you can put 25 cans and ice or packs in the bottom section. We purchased this with the intentions of using it on our beach and kayaking outings, however, this is more like a lunch time box. We could probably still use it for some things, maybe as our food box, but we can’t use it for all our drinks and food that we normally take for an all-day kayaking or beach adventure. The top section stays cool if there is ice or ice packs in the bottom section, but it doesn’t stay cold unless you put an ice pack in that section as well. I’ve got flat ice packs, so I can use those without it taking up too much room, but I don’t like that I must put packs in both sections. This is more if the size I would take for a lunch, not an outing. We’ll still use it for picknicks, but I’ll have to get another one for our all-day adventures.

Bottom line up front: this cooler is great. You should get it.The cooler is nicely made and sturdy. It keeps items nice and cool. It's also expandable to about double it's normal size.It comes with some nice features like the sturdy zippers and attachments.

I am not sure about calling this a “tactical” lunch bag but it is a great lunch bag nonetheless. The reason I chose this is because it is double decker and is large enough for meal prep on 12 hour shifts. This allows me to pack heavy glass Pyrex on the bottom and lighter/smaller stuff like bananas and bread on the top. The top portion can be expanded for more room or zipped down to keep the lunch bag on the smaller side.I like how this bag has two pockets on the side and two zipper pockets on the front. I usually put my fork, spoons, etc in the front pocket for easy access. The zippers all work great and I have had no issues.My biggest annoyance with the bag is that in order to get in the main compartment or the top compartment, you have to unvelcro the top handle. With that being said, I pretty much never use that handle and just use the long strap that it came with.

The lunch box is large to carry a lot of meals and snacks. It has multiple compartments to separate food to keep them spilled. The color is universal, everyone can carry it. I use it for grocery shopping as well to carry frozen food. It is very useful.

I have been gravitating toward collapsible coolers because of their convenience. It's nice that they don't take up so much space when not in use. This lunch box is very good for that. I like that you can make it small or large and can carry it by hand or over the shoulder. The zippers work smoothly and appear to be fairly heavy duty. And this has plenty of smaller compartments outside of the cooler section to hold napkins etc. My reason for only 4 stars is that it is pretty thin. I can see this working for relatively short time periods but not for very long if it's really hot outside. So, to say that it's heavy duty does apply to the outer shell but not so much to the insulation. At under $30 I do think it's a pretty good value.

This holds so much. i got it for disney. I love the look of them. this is a great find. It looks nice, holds ice really well. I like the pockets. it works great.
