If you make amigurumi or any kind of stuffed toys, you know that the absolute worst part of the process is pushing the backs onto the safety eyes. It's a painful, frustrating struggle. This little tool completely eliminates that problem! It's such a simple but brilliant invention. You just use the tool to grip the back of the safety eye, and it gives you the leverage to push it on easily and securely. No more sore thumbs, no more fighting with stubborn washers. It makes the process take seconds instead of minutes of painful effort. The tool works for a wide range of eye sizes, and it's very intuitive to use. For such a small price, the amount of pain and frustration it saves is incredible. This is now an essential, non-negotiable part of my crochet toolkit. I wish I had bought one years ago!

Preface: I have not used the tool just yet, but my review of the product once received. Tool arrived in great condition and looks simple and easy to use. There is an adapter for smaller sized safety eyes located in one side of the handles. The adapter fits snug in its storage space in the handle and doesn't fall out. Putting the adapter in for use does fit snug and may be hard to get out after use. The tool comes with instructions in the packaging and provides a website address for video instructions. I purchased this along with a kit of assorted safety eyes and noses. Note: safety eyes shown in picture are sold separately and do not come with the tool.

Received the tool to use with toy eyes and nose. Arrived quickly. Can’t wait to use it.

Perfect for putting safety eyes in my crochet stuffies! It works well and is sturdy! I like the additional piece that helps fit various size safety eyes.

Best tool ever for amigarumi stuffies.

I lined them first although you have to line the eyes up just right to have it work well, but I was overall very happy. Until about eight months in, with minimal use, they broke. Will not purchase again.

Meh, I used it but found it was just as easy to put the eyes on myself. Then I tried using it on 5mm eyes since I was having trouble with my fingers but it wouldn't work (I did have the adapter in). I just had to get it with my fingers. I really wish I didn't throw out the box so I could return it. I'm out my $10 and will keep it for a little while longer and if it continues to be a nuisance instead of a helpful tool, I'll donate it.

This makes adding eyes to my projects so easy for my arthritic hands!!! No more asking my husband or son to do it for me! Wish I found this years ago

The tool works very well for the larger eyes. 12mm upwards, but not the smaller ones.

Wasn't able to set a single pair of eyes with it. At first I thought perhaps it was because I was attempting to use 'nicer' eyes, so I switched to the cheap ones with the flimsy plastic backs. Couldn't set those either. Waste of time, money and effort.

So glad I bought this tool. Works well and really saves my fingers.

The pop out size adapter part that is supposed to be attached in the handle is missing. Contacted seller but got no reply. I do not recommend this product.
