I confess I haven't cooked with them yet but this is the real mung dhal that is so hard to find because sellers often (usually) try to sell yellow lentils instead of these. I very much appreciate getting the real product for use in kichari. Thanks again. I'll be back for more. Buyers, look at the product photo to see how different it looks from the yellow lentils you see elsewhere.

Gluten free mung dahl, yay!!
The ONLY gluten free mung dahl I have been able to find at a reasonable price. I cooked them up on Sunday and they were so creamy and nutty. Delicious!

If you are making kitchari don't forget to soak beans for 24 hours before cooking.
Best brand to use. I use mine to make kitchari.
