I was extremely excited about this backpack when I bought it. I purchased it well in advance for my trip to Disney but needless to say IT WAS TRASH!!! I checked the reviews before purchasing but decided to give this backpack the benefit of the doubt anyway because it was one of very few that had a lock code. Other viewers had discussed that it was extremely small in size and not durable but I still thought that maybe their reviews were a little too picky or maybe they just put too much in the bag. Well, I must say they were right and I was wrong!!!! This bag tore up the very first time that I used it. By the time I got in the care to go to the airport the middle part had torn away from the seams and just kept tearing. The bag is extremely small. There is no way to use it and put your belongings in the bag without feeling like you are having to compromise what you need for what will fit in the bag. The concept of the bag was a good idea but the execution of the manufacturing was HORRIBLE! I wish I hadn't bought this bag in advance (for a whole month and a half I looked at it with anticipation and not able to contain the excitement of being able to use it for my trip - only for it to ruin my trip. Imagine getting on a plane and having the zipper busting and the middle of the bag tearing in the inside and not being able to put the belongings that you need for your trip in the bag but yet the bag still bursts from just a normal amount of stuff. I hate this. Now I will have to pay even more money out on another bag but you better believe it will be quality this time!!!

At first skeptical that this would work, I have used it for a week now and really love it. It's compact, so if you're looking to lug around a bunch of gear this probably isn't the best fit. On a typical day I bike to work and carry with me gym clothes and shoes, my phone, wallet, keys and bike light. I know I could also slide in my iPad or MacBook Air if I wanted to and it would fit just fine. I haven't tried the locking feature yet. I have slide a phone charging cord through and that's pretty neat and unique. The aluminum handle is a nice touch and is comfortable to grip. I also find the front of the bag to have a very sleek design and I appreciate the reflective strip.So far a really big fan of this bag! Now I'm hopeful it will hold up as well as my previous bag (of a different brand) did.

This back is for my nephew who just started high school. Since like most teenager he is attached to his phone so it's great this has a build in USB outlet to charge his phone. It also have a nice padded laptop sleeve inside and separated pockets for all the other essentials like books and pens and stuff. You know all the learning tools for school. I think it's great and I haven't heard him complained about it yet and you know teenagers complain about everything.

Went on a 14 day cruise outside of the country. Bought 2 of these to have. Figured it would be a good idea to be able to lock it with our valuables while traveling and sightseeing. Well the lock mechanism on my backpack broke while I was boarding the ship on day 1. Could not lock anything. Lock mechanism on the other backpack broke halfway thru the trip. So I went most of my vacation with 2 locking backpacks that didnt lock.

Not a bad bag at all.Product is perfectly fine, it's just not very durable. Does everything you expect a bag to do, it just isn't durable so don't expect it to last very long. I recommend!

Okay, first off, the lock on the backpack is backwards, I can't even use it. Second off, it literally feels like a cheap Walmart bag. It's thin, not comfortable, barely padded and not at all stylish. The bag in the photo, and the one I was given are two different bags. Complete waste of money. I'm returning it and purchasing from a whole different company.

Quirky. Not great looking, but firm durability, and holds its shape outside the box. Doesn't feel light weight. And found no instructions how to use the attached charging doc.
