I ordered a pair of shoes and they came but they were three sizes too small for me. I sent them back and I was giving a refund, so I ordered another pair and paid $40 for expedited shipping. That was on the 6th of December and they were supposed to be here by the 8th of December. today is the 23rd of december and I have yet to receive the shoes. I've called puma and spoke to at least five supervisors and one supervisor which I talked to on the 8th said that if the shoes didn't arrive the next day to call and they would give me a refund because obviously the shoes are lost in transit, none of the other supervisors are willing to give me a refund for these shoes even though it's been 17 days now. I will never buy shoes from Puma again I will buy anything but Puma from this point on and I suggest you do the same.
