Every time I push the button in its stomach, it'll run for a few seconds and then stop. After it stopped, I tried pressing it again and it did nothing. Changed the batteries, nothing. It just stopped. Sometimes it'll work perfectly fine, next thing you know, it stops after a fre breaths.

Order came without a box, instructions or anything of the sort. After putting batteries in the motor system is incredibly loud and the bag that inflated for the breathing sounded like it was going to pop. The breathing sounds were out of sync with the "breathing" and sounded static infused nightmare fuel. To get a refund you have to go through customer support as the item can not be returned. I cant say I blame them not wanting the possessed sounding doll back.

It broke within a couple of days. It was stitch looked liked stitch. My daughter loved it and it was super soft she used it two nights and then it broke. Not sure why just stopped working. She was really disappointed.

My daughter received this as a Christmas gift from her aunt. It was perfect, however the day after she received it, the belly stopped moving. She was extremely upset as this did help with her anxiety, so I ordered a second one. The second one arrived and after putting in brand new batteries, it did not work. At all. To make matters worse, my Amazon account said I have until February to return but when I tried to start the process I was told I could not return the item.
