The letters in the center came in gold instead of red, I liked more that way. Took around 35minutes to ensamble the first one ,do not come with instructions, you need to follow the picture in the post, kinda confusing to follow. The piece that go down keep moving so i suggest to glue it .

Despite my better judgement from other reviews I still moved forward with my purchase. Was desperate to find decorations in time for Lunar New Year. I saw the product at a business and like it so I thought I take the chance. It is true the product does not include instructions but I found the assembly quite easy and have included pictures for others to reference. I do want to warn you that the product is missing pieces. Basically the second attachment to complete the 6 tassels on the bottom and top, a total of 12 pieces. If your packet only has the tassel piece with the whole punched at the top then you know you are missing pieces. After the assembly I still thought the product was acceptable for display without the tassels hence the meh 3 star rating but who wouldn’t want a complete product. So if you are okay with the luck of the draw of a If tassels or no tassels then move forward with the purchase.

Yes. they didn't come with directions.. I was able to figure it out by pulling up the picture on Amazon. They made from are a heavy felt. and if you have ever been to China or ordered from China.. things may look SLIGHTLY different. yes my lantern had a different character design on the side and the bottom part was circular rather than the one in the picture.. but I love them. They look great and I found some tea lights to put inside. Just know.. no directions.. so being a bit crafty helps. If anything the description should include that your lantern will be SIMILAR to the one pictured.

These well-cut (laser cut), beautiful little lanterns are well worth the excellent price. Very well constructed, so easy to put together, and make a far more stunning display than simple round paper lanterns. The red felt is very sturdy, although just go slow and have patience in assembling it to ensure felt is not bent to far--be gentle. It is strongly recommended that you do not take these apart every time you're done using them. I realize it's easier to store them flat, but they ARE only felt, and constant disassembly/assembly will tear them up sooner. If you have the storage capacity, keep them assembled in box (or boxes), and they will last for years. So easy to put together, takes only moments. Lasercut design well done, so pretty with several on display. Not really big enough to take a battery-run LED light, but not really meant to have lights anyway. LOVE these!

Oriental lanterns came out beautiful. There were no instructions with the lanterns but there were pictorial instructions here on Amazon that were easy to follow.

They look fabulous outside my house praying they bring good luck and money have to say putting together was tedious but once I figured it out they came out great would have instructions would help

Love these! They did not come with instructions but i remembered one of the pictures posted on the listing showed steps on how to put it together. After glancing at it once i had no issues putting them together. It was very easy. Well worth the money. These were for my daughters room and she absolutely lives them. Money well spent.

We loved the lamps. However there weren't instructions. Just pressed out felt pieces. We decided to assemble the day of the party......after a mind bending hour of putting one of them together we didn't have time to put the second one together. They are nice but assemble a day or two before the party and get someone who likes puzzles to put them together.
