I have nc 50 and needed nc 4 can i please exchange ?

I am not sure about this. It seems that if the product is unused it may be exchanged.

I got the incorrect color of the mac studio fix and only wanted to swap it for the correct color but there was no way to get in touch with the seller.

Contact Amazon and they will make it right.

Is this really pack of 25?

No, 1 piece, there is a mistake in the title.
