A very good book!
I tried lavash, shish tawook and they are delicious, very good and detailed instructions. Also i found original simit bread and cant wait to try reminiscing my turkey travel. I am happy i found this turkish author with lots of arabic turkish food recipes and a lot more.

This book is a must when you want to learn the basics of the Turkish cuisine. Whe I opened it, I fell in love. The case of the book, is made of a fabric and the pictures are AMAZING. definitely recommend it if you like Cottagecore, Prairie, medieval, old school but also modern recipes. This book is the perfect combination of all. I hope she wil make make books like this cause I will be buying them
