Definitely recommend
I love the individual packets. Very convenient. Not sure that I've noticed a lot since taking it for almost a month. I do believe my nails are stronger and I'm not noticing wrinkles as much. I put it in my coffee or tea or water. Dissolves well.

No flavor and it disolves quickly
Love it. I take it everyday. It dissolves nicely in coffee without leaving sticky residue at the bottom of your mug. Good value for the cost and it has all the sources of collagen I am looking for.

Honest opinion
I gave 4 stars because I just started taking it so I haven't given it time to work or show any difference. BUT this is for the taste: I mixed it with my coffee/creamer and you don't taste it at all. I read reviews where it said you can taste the off flavor but I honestly can't taste it at all and I'm someone who can taste EVERYTHING that seems off. You get a very faint (and I mean very slight) taste but it honestly tastes like vitamins? But very little taste, almost non existent.They seem very convenient because they're pre measured in the packages. It does seem like a lot when you're pouring it out but I used my frother to mix it up and it dissolved pretty quickly. I finished my coffee and didn't see any clumps at the bottom so I think as along as you mix it good you shouldn't see any.I'll do an update once I give it about a month to see if I notice any difference. Stay tuned!

these collagen peptide packets are perfect for travel! this is not the brand I normally use but I was thrilled when I saw the individual packets. the ingredients matched my current brand.. so why not try them! great move! so convenient!! it had no bad taste or odor. it mixed well and was equally effective for my needs.
