I was expecting to get some crummy old second-hand part, ripped from an expired Dell machine...What arrived was an absolutely immaculate quick-release hard drive caddy instead! Excellent condition, as if its never been used.Fits my Optiplex very nicely.Downside is mine was shipped from China and got help up a week by customs. The condition of the unit more than makes up for the wait!

Spot on; does exactly as described. The product comes from China, however was received well before the due date and they even threw in a SATA cable and a 2.5 drive carrier FOC. Good product; outstanding service!
