I gave it five stars because it was way better than I was expecting for the price
I gave it five stars because it was way better than I was expecting for the price. All of the hardware feels great and looks substantial. The installation was pretty easy and the final product looks great. I made my own door and had to buy longer bolts because my door was too thick for the ones included. The long, top rail comes in 2 pieces but it was easy to connect and install. The rollers are a little stiff but with some silicone spray and use they slide nicely. This product looks like the kits they sell at home shows for almost $200. I am very happy with it.

Excellent quality, quick shipping, terrific customer service
There is an extremely nice gentlemen named Simon that will reply to you quickly and clearly if you have any questions about the products or any specifications. Once you place your order, the product will be shipped out the very next day. Package arrives quickly and is precisely what you ordered. It almost seems to good to be true. When we opened the product we expected it to be cheaply made and poor quality. After all, we purchased 13 feet of track for about $400 less than everyone carries the same product for. When we opened our pruchase, the quality and cosmetic appeal was everything we had hoped for. Our doors turned out great and we finished our project well under our projected budget! Thanks Erfect!

Really pleased.
I've been really pleased with this track kit. We bought it mainly because of the price of it compared to others. The hole spacing is a little odd but wasn't too much of a problem. Most door openings have a solid header over the top which lets you move the track a bit to get one of the other holes not over the door opening to line up with a stud. In my case, I had to cut the track on both ends to get mine to line up the way I needed but I only have a 24in opening that I was working with. One thing to keep in mind with this style of track is that although it includes spacers to space the door off of the wall, in a lot of cases, it's not enough for the door or the bolts that hold the brackets to the door to clear any trim or casing that is around the opening. I made longer spacers for mine but I have also installed a board on the wall over the opening the length of the track to get the clearance needed. Adding this board on the wall to space out the track further also helps by giving you something to attach the track to without having to worry about lining up with the studs.

Good Buy. Recommend using door as guide to installing track instead of following instructions.
I ordered two of these barn door hardware kits. First impression - for the price, the quality is very good. Track is 1/4" thick and all hardware is has a nice finish. It took some effort, but we were able to install both of these within a few hours. My Installation Notes -First, the instructions are just okay, as they have basic dimensions and nice pictures. The issue here is that some of measurements are off (at least in my opinion). Instructions clearly state to install track at "H" (height of door) + 1 11/16" inches. This measurement was off by at least an inch on my installs. I had to move my track and patch the wall. The old motto is very true...measure twice and cut once..but here - measure three times before you install the track. To set mine, I took my finished door with hardware, stood it up against the wall and made my marks + adding a gap to the bottom so it slides. For me, this worked better than the provided measurements. Wish I would have done this instead of using the provided instructions. The other instruction discrepancy for me was the recommended drill bit size for the door hardware - it clearly shows drill a 5/16" hole, but the hardware is 3/8". I had to re-drill my holes on my door. Not a big deal, but I don't like doing things twice...For one of my doors, the install was flush against a wall. This meant that the pre-drilled holes in the track did not line up (at all) with my studs. Thus, I opted to drill my own holes in the track. Issue here is that I would then have holes in my track where the studs were supposed to be placed. To fix this I welded on black bolts into those holes and cut off the back of the bolt so they didn't protrude into the wall. It does the job and looks okay, but something to consider if you have a wall close to the door opening (within' 6").Overall, for the price and the finish...this is a great buy. Be sure to have your door ready before you install the track...

Not too bad!
Shipped promptly, I really liked the top roller “J” bracket verses the straight roller bracket, it looks better and seems to provide better support and function. Now for the negatives all the listings for these items on Amazon (double door) come with 2 top rails “Package Include:2x78.7"”, ISSUE is this item notes 13 foot of top rail but it comes in 4 sections of about 3 ft. 4 in. each…this really was a letdown for the doors I had had originally chosen to use. With 4 top rails you have to consider the weight it supports, that there will be a slight uneven spot where the roller will glide over. Also the install it is a lot easier to install / level 2 longer top rails than 4 short top rails. Instructions are poor and you should just go to you tube, as this was a double barn door setup. It was a good value, but would rather have paid mort for 2 78.7 inch top rails.

Avoid this cheap crap.
Total crap! The part that indicates it is "segmented" should be highlit. It comes in two sections that fit together very poorly and obviously over the center of the door. The door will not roll smoothly because of it. It does not glide at all but rather makes a thunking sound and pops off the track half the time. It looks terrible and within a few months, the finish started chipping off. The finish on the bolts were all chipped by the time the rail had been hung despite having the torque down very low. Now, most of the rail is chipped and looks really bad. I need to take it all down and replace it as well as repair the paint and part of my floor where the door came off the tracks when a guest tried to escape from my bathroom. Hopefully, the holes are in a similar area on the next railing because it required anchors as the metric sizing they use in China is not the same as the 16" spread on the studs used in the US.
